Position Overview

Leasing Specialist needed to assist property manager with filling vacant units. Candidate will be required to advertise, take calls/inquiries, and show units to customers, upkeep property as needed. You will be expected to advertise vacant apartments and respond to inquiries as quickly as possible.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years experience in leasing (preferred)
Yardi proficiency is a MUST
Must be clean cut and maintain a professional appearance.
Must be welcoming and have excellent customer service.
Adaptable, flexible, and patient.
Bilingual – ability to speak Spanish preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be tech savvy – ability to work with multiple different websites.
Be motivated and driven to help yourself and the company grow.
Able to relocate and support surrounding properties upon request
Ability to work with managers and supervisors with coordinating a time to show units.

Variable, candidate must have open availability.
